The workshops can range from one half day to one or two full days in duration. They are great to delve deeper into the subject and improve the practice under supervision. They are ideal for people who would like to bring the resources of nature connectedness and mindfulness to others as well. There is ample time for questions and interaction. The workshops could be organized in a residential format with an early morning session on yoga and mindfulness. Optimum size of participants in a workshop should not exceed 50. However, if its being held in close proximity of a natural setting such as a garden, park, forest, river or sea coast; there could be more participants.
