Mountain Resiliency University Course
Hands-on experiential learning for students interested in immersing themselves in the culture and everyday life of rural, organic, agricultural communities.Leadership Integrity Program
This residential course is designed for small groups of professional colleagues to learn about the principles of resiliency and mindfulness meditation and consider how these practices could be applied in their own company. Some free time is dedicated to outdoor activities or sightseeing.Working Holiday Program
Our working holiday program invites volunteers interested in resilient communities and organic agriculture, including gap year residents, students, or company groups interested in team-building and sustainability. You get to experience every aspect of rural village life by helping your host families with their daily activities, from milking the cows and preparing food to celebrating festivals!Mindfulness Meditation Certificate
We offer teacher training for yoga teachers and occupational therapists in a 10-day residential format at our Vrikshalaya Himalayan Centre. Participants receive a certificate in Mindfulness Meditation, issued by the Foundation for the Contemplation of Nature.Sign Up for our newsletter!
