Master teacher, Christoph Eberhard, is a friend of the Foundation. He went into a 8 day silence retreat as a part of his visit to the Himalayas. He visited us after almost a decade absence and took the opportunity to reconnect. He used his living room in the cottage located in the Vrikshalaya Center premises and for a silent retreat. He said: The location is perfect, the food, divine and the location resonates with good energy, perfect for long hours of meditation every day.
